What We Believe
I believe that everyone who does a job should have a distinct vision for the job they perform. In fact, the name “Page 23 Media” was inspired by a book called “Sun Stand Still” by Pastor Steven Furtick. In “Sun Stand Still”, Pastor Furtick describes a personal, God-appointed dream or calling as a “Page 23 Vision”.
As a media planner and buyer, I’ve spent years in the field meeting thousands of sales reps, media buyers, and clients. I’ve seen all types of personalities, both good and bad, honest and shifty, and I’ve decided to run my own business (and my life) under the following steadfast rules…
1) NEVER, EVER LIE
If it can’t be achieved with 100% integrity, it’s not worth having.
2) TREAT VENDORS AS THOUGH THEY ARE YOUR CLIENTS, BECAUSE THEY ARE.
When you’re holding the money and others are asking for it, use that leverage responsibly, fairly, and ethically. In short, treat others as you would want your own children to be treated, regardless of the leverage you might have.
3) TRUST OTHERS UNTIL YOU’RE GIVEN A REASON NOT TO.
13 years of advertising has taught me that most people, whether vendors or clients, are inherently good. I’ve found that if I treat others with a level of trust, they’ll respond in a trustworthy manner.
4) EXPECT TO BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE…INSIST ON BEING HELD ACCOUNTABLE.
As a media specialist, I’m proud of the work that I do for my clients. I fully expect to be held accountable. The dollars that you spend with me are real dollars. Therefore, I owe it to you to spend those dollars wisely, get the best value I can for them, and be held accountable for the results I generate for your business.
